Yes, FREE Local Pickup is available from our Hallett Cove Store. Please select the pick up option on check out.
All Australian Online orders are processed and shipped daily Monday-Friday. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.
We use Australia Post to ship your orders. Please allow up to 3-5 days, depending on your State or Territory to receive your order.
Note: Shipping times can vary during the Christmas Holiday Period.
International Orders to New Zealand are processed and Shipped Monday-Friday. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow between 14-21 Days to receive your order when purchasing in New Zealand.

All faulty items are eligible for return for refund or credit note within a 3-month period from purchase. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and include a description and image/s of the fault.
Once we have confirmed the item as faulty, please return the item to us and include a copy of your return postage receipt. The coverage of return postage costs must be confirmed by us prior to the return of the items.
Upon receipt of your returned faulty item we will issue a refund or credit note to the value of the item, as well as a refund for the return postage cost.
Please note, we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed faulty.
Yes, we understand that it can be tricky when purchasing online and offer returns on full price items that are in original condition within 21 days of you receiving you order. Any items returned outside this time frame will not be accepted. Please view our full Returns Policy here.
Sale item purchases are final (NO RETURNS) unless your item arrives damaged or is deemed faulty.
- Re-pack your item with labels and tags still attached in the original satchel bag it arrived in or purchase a satchel bag from Australia Post.

We do not hold items for exchange. If you would like to return your full price item for a different colour or size, please return your unwanted item for a refund and order a new one.
